These sessions provide one on one support for you to become the best athlete you can be. Whether it’s athletic performance and you are looking to iron out the details and get every inch out of your body in order to perform or you are looking to become more familiar in your body in the gym. This option gives you the ability to start to have a conversation with the body and getting feedback from a coach.

My years as athlete and a coach have given the perspective that an athlete is a whole person. Every part of life is connected and it is my job the help you navigate the parts that involve the mind and body in sport. To move more functionally in and out of the gym and be able to connect the neural patterns that can allow you be successful as a whole.
