    These one hour sessions give the attention toward training the mind to be adaptable. It encompasses the full picture of what it means to be a top tier athlete on and off the field of play.

    Connecting mindfulness, breathwork and functional movement enhances the journey to heightening your presence under pressure while giving you the tools and resources to perform at any given point in your life.

    1:1 sport training provides a meaningful partnership to help you evolve into the athlete that you have been striving to become.

    Whether you are looking to move more functionally and would like personalized strength training or would like to enhance your athletic performance with Olympic Weightlifting.

    These coaching sessions will provide you with the ability to drop-in and reconnect to the body to mind.

    As a retired Olympian and current strength coach and graduate student, I offer public speaking and weightlifting clinics to help athletes improve both mentally and physically. My speaking sessions focus on adaptability, resilience, and mindset, providing tools to perform at the highest level both on and off the field.

    In my weightlifting clinics, I offer technical instruction to improve movement efficiency, safety, and body awareness, tailored for all experience levels. Whether in person or remote, these sessions are designed to help athletes enhance their performance and reach their full potential.
