Strength Class:
This is a 3X week program that allows you to come in and get safe, effective, fun and challenging workouts in under an hour – while building strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out in a Small group setting.
To create the best possible transformation that is sustainable, you will find that a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning is the fastest way to create results that keep you healthy, while also creating a community of like minded people that want to work hard.

If you are currently learning Olympic Weightlifting or are following a remote program, or a complete beginner this class will allow you to come in and get technical Instructions from Morghan King.
The goal is to help you move smoother, and safer. The feedback will provide you to become more proficient in the lifts and create overall better body awareness.

Squat Mobility and Exercise Specific Warm - Ups
Snatch: includes exercises, cues, corrections for form.
Clean and Jerk: includes technique for power and precision.
